Forgot to Apply Promo Code:
Unfortunately, we are NOT able to add a promo code after an order has been placed. If it is still before the order cut-off date (two days prior to the delivery day at midnight), you can cancel your order and reorder with the promo code applied.
Promotion Code Used on a Cancelled Order:
When an order is refunded and a promo code was used, the code will automatically be reinstated. That way, you can apply the same promo code to a future order. The only exception to this is if a code has expired.
